 what will happen if our Archive Log destination is full on standby side ? If your Archive Log destination is full on standby side, your MRP process will not run, it means there will be a gap in between your Primar database and Standby database . to avoid this situation what we can do you can add a space to the Archive Log destination so that a new Archives will get generated,  second thing is you can also delete the old Archive Logs so that those Archive Log which has been applied those are of no use as of now so you can delete those old Archive Logs from the standby side

Creating an SMS Test Case

  An SMS Test Case can be used in conjunction with an Outbound Campaign to test messaging being sent by your organization to your customer's mobile. The customer mobile numbers that you can use in your Test Cases are provided through one of our carriers. Your site administrator can provide you with a list of available numbers. To create an SMS Test Case, perform the following steps: From the Cyara Sidebar, select  Build and then click the  New Test Case  menu item. Select the  Channel  from the drop-down list. Choose the  SMS  option. A screen as shown below is displayed: Enter a unique name for the Test Case in the  Name  field. Browse and select the  Folder Path  where the Test Case should be stored. What to do when a particular step is failing with low confidence?

  There will be few cases where you might face issues with a particular test case step failing with low confidence. To troubleshoot such scenario we advise to use the Prompt Analyzer feature which can be accessed in the test case step result. The screenshot below shows how to access Cyara Prompt Analyzer (PA) on example:   Once you click the PA icon, a new Prompt Analyzer page will open. It has few important fields and information regarding the step which failed such as: "Expect to Hear" verbiage, "Major/Minor" confidence threshold, a player that allows to listen for a step recording, and Analyze button, and some other options. The screenshot below demonstrates the Prompt Analyzer window:       To troubleshoot the issue you need to listen the step recording which should match with the verbiage specified in the Expect To Hear (ETH) field.
